With more than three decades of dedicated service, Bishop Hill has faithfully preached, taught, and led with a commitment to strengthening faith, building communities, and guiding individuals toward spiritual growth.
Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, Bishop Hill was inspired early in life by his mother, Amanda Hill, who was known as a gifted singer. Her influence helped cultivate his love for ministry, music, and sharing the message of hope with others. Bishop Hill also served in the United States military, an experience that helped shape his discipline, leadership, and commitment to service.
Throughout the 1990s, Bishop Hill evangelized extensively in Harrow and Windsor, Canada, conducting revival services and outreach gatherings that strengthened churches and expanded ministry connections across the region. His ministry has also established church branches and programs throughout Detroit, Southfield, the surrounding communities, and Canada.
Bishop Hill has also been deeply committed to outreach, including ministering through singing and preaching in prisons and jails, bringing encouragement, faith, and restoration to those seeking a new path in life.
Together with his wife, Dr. Visie Hill, Bishop Hill co-founded a community center dedicated to serving families in need. Through partnerships with Gleaners and Forgotten Harvest, their outreach has helped feed thousands of individuals and families in the region.
Bishop and Dr. Hill have been married for 50 years, faithfully serving together in ministry and community outreach. Bishop Hill is known for his scripture-based teaching, practical wisdom, and passion for helping people grow in faith, purpose, and perseverance.
